Re: E51 problem with time

The E51 has changed your time zone to GMT+3 because of your region setting under 'Time and Date'. I live in Ireland so at 1 a.m. on Sunday morning last it advanced me by an hour by changing mt time zone to GMT+1.

Note that although you describe it as two steps (advance the clock and change the time zone), it's actually only one step because by changing the time zone to GMT+3 from GMT+2 the displayed time advances by an hour, the internal clock is still set to GMT.

Check Settings/General/Date & Time and make it's set to your country.

Re: E51 problem with time

Hi,

I m living in Iran and recently (March) Iran decided to go to daylight saving mode i.e., advance the clocks by 1h.

So from GMT+3:30 we are now at GMT+4:30.
The problem is that I cannot set it up on my phone since the time zone is hardcoded.

Note that Iran we not in Daylight mode for the last 2 years and only now decided to join the Daylight mode.

your only option may be to set the correct time and ignore the timezone setting
