E51 Standby problem

Hi all!
For last 2 days I payed attention on the next problem:
When the keyboard is blocked, the phone switches off the display totally, without leaving the gray screen with date, time and info about sms or calls. I tried to reset the telephone - nothing helps...What could be the problem?
Thanks

Re: E51 Standby problem

Which reset did you try? Are you sure it is not the power saver cutting in and turning the display off? Check your display settings.

Re: E51 Standby problem

Even with power cutter, the display was gray with time and date... Now it is just dark... i dont know what function is it to disable it.

I've used the Restore factory settings function to roll back...

Thanks!

Did you try different settings and different themes as well?

If you are convinced it isn't a setting you may have accidentally changed then you could try the *#7370# reset. Don't forget to backup your phone beforehand.
