E50 will not work at all after Software update

Hi,

I did a software upgrade from version 06.27.1.0 to 07.13.0.0
via Nokia Software Updater (Win XP)

The update finished with the msg: "Update complete"
After that I saw only a white screen with the blue NOKIA written on it on my E50.

Waited about 10 minutes but nothing happened.
Tried to switch off the phone - didn't work.
Removed the batterie and switched the E50 back on -> white screen with Nokia written on it.
After about 10 minutes removed the batterie again. When I switched the phone on I pressed (green) + (*) + (3) to do a hard reset.
The usual white screen appeard and after a while the screen saver whith time and date appeared.

Any ideas how to get the E50 back working?
