E5 - blocks, nothing helps ?

the last days, sometimes the phone didn't work, sometimes i couldn't take incoming talks ... yesterday, it blocked totally, i removed the battery, restarted, the screen is jumping continue over 2 menu's, again and again; i did a soft reset (*#7780#), the same problem, also buttons don't work; i can't use the fone no more - what do i have to do ? thanks

You might like to try three key depressed power on that works for E72 a similar S60 3rd FP2 device as here:

Keep these three buttons depressed whilst powering on until Nokia "Shaking hands logo" appears. but be warned ALL DATA would be erased from device.

If I've helped in any way, a click upon the white star at bottom right of screen would always be appreciated.

If the issue persists and you're under warranty, take your phone to the dealer.
