E5 OVI Maps and traffic

Hello all. I've got the OVI maps working on my E5 except automatic traffic updates. I can manually update the traffic but if I set the Internet setting 'Connection' to 'Online' the automatic traffic updates work but then it cannot find my position. I am currently using GPS and A-GPS for positioning and this seems to work so am I missing something ? I have searched but there doesn't seem to be any definitive answer.
