Nokia E5 - I noticed - has a bad contacts section.
I got an E5 for work and entered over 3500 contacts. The most important thing is adding details, such as company, and grouping accordingly.
When I select the contacts, I get the contacts list. I enter a company name but never get the required contacts. The only things I found you can list/search by are first and last names. If I can't search by contact details, select all, and group accordingly, the phone is useless to me (and too late to exchange).
I have an E75 and it is much better than that E5.
For computer software, I have a Mac and can only use iSync - which will not sync groups.
Couldn't find an app or software update to fix this issue.
Any solutions?

If searching by company does not work on the E5, try using the Nokia Search tool (should appear on your homescreen). It should be on all Nokias (or all E-series at least.. my E70 and E75 both have it).

The search app will dig up contacts based on anything, companies, job titles, even notes.
What I can't do after that is select/mark the list of results to create a separate group.
The only way I was able to do it is to add a search string or number in a field through which I can list contacts - e.g. add "GROUPNAME" as part of the first or last name, or set a group number and save it under fax. Then I could mark and group.
But if you still know of any sw updates or apps (youlu didn't work and My CRM not available for E5) - I would appreciate your feedback.
Thanks
