 Hi All ,,

 I have E 72  . when i recieve email contain an attachment ( picture ) but it did not open . when i click download attachment , it appear the download but its 0% . ~??

 anyone can help plss plss

Doesn't really say much. Could be the sender. Set the retrieval to mesgs. & attachs.

If you're using Nokia Messaging Setup:

Email => Settings => Choose your email => Account Settings => What to synchronise => Inbox Settings => Email download size set to Full message

If you're using manual email setting (Not via Nokia Messaging):

Email => Settings => Choose your email => What to sync => Set Retrieve to body text and attach.

I dont have Set retrive to body text and attach.

I have Email => Settings => Choose your email => Account settings=> What to sync=>

Inbox settings => email download size and the three options are

HEADERS ONLY

HEADERS PLUS

FULL MESSAGE.

Need less to say I have done the full message option. But this is not working for me.
