E 52 dead

I have had a E52 only for about 40 days. It suddenly became dead. Upon taking it to service centre it took them 5 days to repair it (with waiting in time of 3 hours).  No satisfactory reason was given as to what happened to E52 hand set, only update was software was updated.  Now after 8 days its again gone dead, all data lost, another 15 days required to tell me problem.  Upon talking to few friends a lot of them are facing same problem.  Nokia has completely failed to put in a correct combination of hardware and software "E 52" is a failed model.  Anybody with same experience please share and warn others.

Re: E 52 dead

I could not switch on my E55 (similar to the E52) at some point. I went to a Nokia service shop, and the stupid people there just reinstalled the firmware. So it broke again the next they. They reinstalled again, and I had a dead device again the next day, as expected. I went to another store and got a replacement device.
