I purchased my e52 approx 2 weeks ago. I have been using it with my motorola h550 headset. It works fine some of the time but then suddenly, in the middle of a conversation, I cannot hear the other person, the call has broken down and the phone has frozen. the only way to get the phone to work again is to switch it on and off. That's fine if it only happens once but it has happened a number of times on calls recently. Is this a phone fault and should I send the phone back asap as the longer I wait, the less chance of having it repaired under warranty etc.

Sending the phone back to nokia will not change anything. Myself and many others have the same problem with different head set vendors. I my case with a Nokia Voyager Pro. This phone is unusable because it has so many bugs in the whole system. After 10 Years Nokia and four E-Series phones, this will be the last nokia for me.
Nokia respoded my emails just with the message, that they do not support other vendors head sets....
