Does anyone know of an E63 theme with transparent top and bottom bars?

Hi, does anyone know of a basic theme (no custom icons etc) without the top and bottom bars? These are the top and bottom bars (on the screen) I'm talking about:

Or if possible, how do i edit existing nokia themes (.SIS) to make both bars transparent? The bars kinda ruin the look of wallpapers in my opinion.
