Cannot connect to ovi store on my E5

Not sure if this has been asked before, probably has, but I cannot connect to the ovi store on my phone, after I enter my account details, keeps saying sign in failed even though I can sign into ovi on my computer, I have reset the cache and cleared cookies, cookies are allowed on my phone all that. I have synced it with the ovi suite all that perfectly but, I don't know why I can't sign into the ovi store on my phone, or sync with ovi sync on my phone either. Im living in Ireland if that makes any difference at all and on vodafone network. If someone could help me I would very much appreciate it :smileyhappy:

I have exactly the same problem and it is driving me crazy, as I have phoned Nokia who suggested a soft-reset but this has not helped. I can log into OVI Suite and OVI store on my desktop PC but not into OVI Store on my E5, I'm prompted with 'sign in failed'. HELP US PLEASE. I'm in Australia on Virgin Mobile. I need some games and apps.

Same problem here. In Ireland, using an E5, able to sign in on my PC and send links to my handset but then 'Sign-in failed. Check your user name and password'. I can actually sign in to the Ovi Store on my handset but if I try to download anything it request I sign in again and then I get the error message above. I've had the phone a month and it has always been like this. Head wrecking.

Cannot connect to ovi store on my N8

I have the exact same problem. I have been trying for over a month to sign in to Ovi from my N8 but no luck. Signing in from my PC is no problem.
