I have a problem trying to see my photos after taking them. Can take them using the camera. Can preview the photos but when i want to see them, "goto photos" option opens up a entirely blank screen. Trying to access it via the menu opens up a blank screen but with the "Photos" heading seen. Emailed the nokia care and tried the soft and hard reset suggested by them but same problem still. Anyone has solved this?

it also happes when I access the videos, and you ?

Does any one know if it can be linked to a photo or video database that may be corrupted ?

try formating the mass memory before u do a hard or soft reset, it should solve the problem.

I solved the problem by doing a hardware reset ( *#7370#)
