The WLAN in my office is restricted to only company notebooks, so I cannot use my E66 to browse the internet during meetings, etc.

Can I use a Bluetooth stick on my desktop machine and get internet on my E66 via Bluetooth?

It's not a feature that the phone has but it may be able to do it.

Google for a program called GNUbox. It's not easy to set up and may not be compatible with your phone but it's the only way.

I've never seen ICS working with a nokia phone over bluetooth.
