C3 better than E-series for e-mail????

We all know that the E-series phones cannot notify for new mail for more than 2 e-mail accounts. And, according to the second video (check the link below, it shows "Email, 2 accounts" on the home screen and I'm almost sure it works also for more), the simpler and cheaper phones as C3 that are not even smart phones can do this.

Is this true? And if yes, can someone from Nokia enlighten us what is the briliant idea behind the limitation in the E-series?
