Bluetooth on Nokia E72

I have problem with my new Nokia E72. Everytime I turn on bluetooth connectivity, suddenly the whole system will shutdown. Now, my Nokia E72 is repaired at one of Nokia Care facility in Jakarta.

Please, I need to discuss with everyone who has Nokia E72, is there any problem with buletooth connectivity? I can't imagine if my Nokia E72 is one of failed product from Nokia. Maybe someone can help to solve my problem.

I don't have the problem you are facing with my E72.  Did you try to hard reset the phone before bringing to Nokia Care?

 

I don't really like bringing my phone to Nokia Care in Jakarta since it mostly takes up to 3 days to fix the problem and after you got the phone back, the problem still persist.
