Hi All

I fell sort of guilty with this question given the amount of problems I see others have getting alerts to work on their calendars , but.......

I have two E51 phones here at our office belonging to two of or people. They want the calendar alerts to fire, but not continually. The handsets work more like an alarm clock than appointment reminder in that they continuously play a tone for a period, go quiet, then do it again. The guys leave their phone lying around and it annoys everyone else.

Is there any way to set the phones to alert just once? Even if there is a reminder every few minutes that's fine so long as each time it just plays once.

If not, I am going to have to get them to use vibrate and upload a tone that is just silence to protect our sanity.
