9300 Calendar Lock Up

My 9300 is sync'd with MS Outlook and whilst it appears to sync OK, I cannot edit of change any entries on the 9300. I just receive a message stating "Error, cannot find system object". This is usualy followed by a complete lock-up of the 9300.

How do I fix this problem? Could I delete all data from the 9300 and start again? If so, how do I delete the data?

Re: 9300 Calendar Lock Up

2 ways to try to clear the calendar:
1:
-Open calendar
-Shift+Ctrl+D
-Options -> change the End -date to tomorrow
-Done -> OK

2:
-Open caledar
-Shift+Ctrl+Chr+k
-From Desk Office/File manager
-Shift+Ctrl+K -> Check that Show system directory value is set to Yes
-Delete C:\System\Data\Calendar
-Open calendar

Re: 9300 Calendar Lock Up

I'd be tempted to use File manager to delete the 'Calendar' file in \system\data and then let the sync process rebuild your file. Does that work?

Re: 9300 Calendar Lock Up

Worked at least for me :smileywink:. Remember to start the calendar application after file deletion in order to create the file. Don't think that the sync can do it...
