i am from lebanon havee a c7  i am using it for 6 monthes now i made the symbian anna update 2-3 monthes ago on the ovi suite but now when i make check for availebel update i get '' all applications are up to date ''   product code 059d121 ......

Hello rm619, Belle update is available via Nokia suite only. Download the latest Nokia suite from here. Then install it and then connect your phone to PC and try the software update in Nokia suite. Hope this helps.

i'm from turkey and my problem is the same. i tried to update my nokia c7 via ovi suite 3.3.86 but after i connected my phone to PC. it could not find any updates for symbian belle. and it is still insist about anna is the latest aplication for nokia c7. i'm waiting for your helps.

I hav d same problem... My product is not in the update availability page.. Product code is 059B899. I came across a page in nokia conversations and get to know that the product code is having the status SWAP. Can any one explain what SWAP is?? Will i get the update later through nokia suite??

hehe, seems that we with 059B899 will have to go to service because SWAP means that our main module has been changed (swapped) and they seem not to offer any updates for that PN.

We should complain to Nokia because we are disabled in comparison to other buyers in order to receive new updates.

Please check whether your product code is available in the list put up by Nokia in the above mentioned link. If its there download the latest Nokia suite 3.3.86 and check for updates. Please refresh your suite regularly for the update to show. Or try changing the date of your pc and phone.

Check the belle availability page of Nokia Europe website... You Should know whether the firmware is available for your product code. If its available, then check Nokia suite for the update after refreshing the suite a few times.
