Symbian is not too bad, but the improvement is really, really slow. It's not a good strategy the Nokia that slow down the developement of their own smartphone OS.

Finally Belle have feature for control different connection like Andriod I want but it really behind Nokia's competitor for months. Hopefully we can have Belle in Feb 2012.
