Nokia c7 Belle update

Hello, i am in Bulgaria and i have nokia c7. The problem is that the update is not showing in the nokia suit, i have the latest version. I dont get it why is not there already, because for n8 is showing the update. I`m gonna be thankful if you help me.

Updates vary by region and product code and also branded handsets..
