So i saved contacts from a nokia phone in my pc windows 7 and I want to copy them from pc to my nokia c7 , already installed nokia suite

how can i do that >?>?

Just sync your contacts with your phone connected...!!!
That should automatically sync the contacts with your pc and mobile.!!

Here is a link to Nokia Support. From there you can find how to sync your phone, and how to use other features of Nokia Suite.
