Nokia C3 problem - I'm getting bits and pieces of text messages?

So I've had this phone for a while now, and lately I've been getting bits and pieces of text messages... Like, I'll get the first few words, then *some text is missing* and then the last few words of the message. I've deleted my previous texts because I though it was a memory problem but it didn't help at all. Can anyone help? Is it a phone or an operator issue?

Btw. I updated the software and everything.

its not a phone problem ... its operator based issue... operator havnt havnt compleately deliver u the message....
