Hello,

I need your help or any information about my problem with Nokia C7.

It's my first day with the device. I made it fully charged then I used it as shown in the Quick Start Guide. in the first few hours of use the device restarted twice! After about 12 hours it suddenly freeze and " died " ! the device turned-Off automatically and when I tried to turn it On again it wasn't working at all and still!

It's really too bad to face these problems in the first day of use! Can you tell me whats wrong with my mobile?

Hold all three of these keys at the same time Volume Down + Camera Key + Menu Key and press power button until u see the handshake on the screen and/or feel phone vibrate. if this does not work get your phone exchanged if possible or take it to nokia care

I am having the same problem, but with an interesting and annoying extra. First of all the phone switches off, usually after I have been on a call for about 10 minutes. It is then impossible to restart it for about 3 minutes. The phone also drops its WAN connection. I selected this phone having had it recommended by a friend who works for NOKIA, he won't be on my Christmas card list after this experience. I only collected the phone yesterday from T-Mobile and am so disappointed as I have been a Nokia fan for many years, but if this continues I'll probably change to iPhone 4.  Back to the T-Mobile shop tomorrow morning!!!!

I bought 2 weeks ago an Nokia C7 and now I have same problem. My C7 does not turn on. I tried to reset it by pressing volume down key + camera key + menu key + power on key and stiil no turning on. What can I do?

try remove battery for few mins and try again make sure you have good battery strength if this fails you have to take it to a nokia care center

My warranty has expired and would have to pay for service charges had I not found the solution to revive my "dead" C7 in your post. Thank you very much, you're a life-saver!
