Is it possible I can stop all data service while I can still receive Phone Call with my Nokia C7?

Just remove all access points from your phone. Without them your phone will not be able to Connect to the web. Data services won't accessible.

Also check whether you have set any online services like mail sync or such. Else they will keep giving "connection failed" error repeatedly though it will not connect to net since you have no access points. But repeated error messages can be annoying.

Rather than deleting. Create a new destination, then move all the none wifi access points to it. that way you can continue to use Wifi and then have the option of using the network data in the future in case you had some urgent future need.

in symbian belle YES. you can turn off in the Home screen and in settings.

I use Kaspersky Mobile Security to block all data using the firewall option..!!!!
Its working so perfectly till now and would recommend it to everyone...!!!

instead of moving your access point to another destination just goto
settings
connectivity
settings (within connectivity)
data use in home country - set this from 'automatic' to 'wlan only'. Your would still receive calls but not connect, unless via wifi.
