Hi,

I need a sent items folder that my C3-00 from tesco does not have. I'm prepared to update but over the air and Nokia suite says there isn't one - I'm on 4.6.

I've unlocked the phone from Tesco but still no option.

Does anyone know what I can do so as I can get a software update where apparently there will be a sent items folder?

Is your inbox set to 'Conversation' view?
When in your messaging application, hit options and select 'Inbox view'. Sent items should show up.

thanks for the suggestion but no such settings unfortunately.

Anybody else with any ideas what I can do with this phone.

anybody? I'm stuck with a duff phone and cannot get an upgrade because Tesco cannot be arsed getting o2 to write them one.
