I guess they do... I had replaced the entire panel of my 5300 express music. And the replacement panel was of quality comparable to that of the original. I have no proof that its original but it was to my satisfaction. That mobile is still in use and the panel still looks good after nearly two years of use.

Hello, I want to ask if I can buy nokia accessories such as back covers from Nokia web site, if not what is the best on line websites I can buy original nokia accessories?

Nokia has started an online store for buying Nokia mobiles. Just check that website if accessories are also available...
