i want to make my memory card default so that if i send image or file to my phone it will go strate to the memory card and not phone memory, whenever i send file to it complain low memory and there is space on memory card. am using Nokia 3230.

As far as I'm aware there is no "global" location to change where data is stored.

So for example if you want to change where pictures are stored then you will have to start the camera and then click on Options and change the storage location there.

You will then have to do this for each of the different applications that you want the location changed for.
