then i connect with their email and they require from me all infomation so please tell me is this email from your comany or this message was to cheat people!!

It's an obvious scam designed to cheat you out of your money.

Delete it and forget about it.

No reputable company would ever contact a customer in this way.

Regardless of the number used in the message, it's pretty obvious that Nokia is not going to use a hotmail address for this kind of thing!
