i have a problem tht doesnt make any sense. The internet on my nokia E71 will not start. I am on my phone now. Interested? Me 2. Here's th deal; when i pick th little globe to access th internet, it will go to a screen saying connecting, but will never do anything else. Luckly, i have opera mobile instaled so i can still get internet thru tht, and my youtube app still wrks 2. I even went so far as 2 reset th phone to factory settings. Th only thing that accomplished is now it will go to my bookmarks since i no longer have a homepage saved, but then th phone will no function, not unless you press th end key and thn u cant leave th home screen unless you hold end and cancel th non working internet. I thought it was just a connectivity prob, but then i realized tht i still have internet on some other apps. And i don't know if this is relevant, but GPS and myspace wrk as well; facebook app doesnt, since it wrks thu th little globe.

Set your default browser to always ask before connecting. Check WLAN and packet-data (gprs) accesspoints and settings.
