How do I transfer video files from my C6? I can transfer single photos only to my computer and can send Emails, but video files will not connect or transfer.

How are you trying to do it ? Follow this if you tried something else..

Download OVI Suite from..

http://europe.nokia.com/support/download-software/nokia-ovi-suite/compatibility-and-download

and install on your PC..Connect the phone to PC thru' USB Cable and open OVI Suite.Click on photos and then on 'ALL' in the Bottom - Left window (where you see the Phone icon) of the Suite..You will see the Photos and Videos on the phone in the OVI Suite.. Right click on the Video and you will see Copy to Computer..

Hope your videos are now transferred successfully..
