Hi all,

i had display problem in my mobile.so i gave my mobile in nokia service center.they repaired it by changing mother board in it.after that i am trying to copy some pictures from my mobile to PC.but my PC doesnt recognise the mobile.and before when i connect my mobile to PC immediately it asks for which mode u want.then i go and select data transfer.now it doesnt ask anything.then i go to connectivity ->selected data transfer->shows 1.server sync,2.Pc syncronisation.if i select server sync is says "contact service provider for sychronisation settings".

please help me how to solve this problem.how to connect to my mobile to PC.

Try doing a factory reset. It might help.

It's in the settings menu or you can dial *#7780#

If that fails to solve it try the phone on another computer.  If it still doesn't work then it has a hardware problem so you will need to take it back to the nokia care point.

You can't do a full reset on a 5300 because it's a S40 device. What you can do is a "restore factory default settings" to see if that helps.

None of your data will be erased, you'll just have to redo your profile, wallpaper, ringtone etc. settings.

Dial *#7780# and supply your security code when prompted. The default on all Nokia phones is 12345 so that's what it'll be unless you've changed it.

I have tried by resetting factory settings.but no change.even then mobile is not detecing and I tried in some other system.in other system its not detecting.

Then your only option if it doesn't work on another computer is a nokia care point.

Unfortunately there is nothing else that you can try.
