I have a 6126 phone, a Win XP PC ( Home ed. SP3 ) with a 3GH P4, and 2 GB RAM.

 

Have installed the latest software to PC ( Nokia PC Suite 7.1.30.9 )  , and am trying to connect with a CA-53 USB cable.

 

The phone recognizes as being connected, but when the Connection Wizard tried to make the connection, it can not do so.

 

I have tried changing USB ports and rebooting the computer and the phone - but doesn't help.

 

 

Can anyone help?

Disable temporarily the firewall & check it you could get it connected. The SP3 patches have a lot of security added.

Knowledge not shared is knowledge wasted!

If you find it helpfull, it's not hard to click the STAR..
