PC Suite problem

Hello im brand new to the foum and hope ive posted in the correct place. Ive just got a Nokia e72 and have everything like messages, photos and contacts saved on my Nokia PC Suite (running windows XP).

 

I tried to sync my old nokia one last time (which was pretty much blank) and seem to have lost eveything on the nokia PC suite. Is there a way i can recover whats lost? i have 250 contacts i need for work which I now cannot seem to find.

 

any help much appreciated.

Take a look at the SIM card and copy from there to the phone

qu1ksilver, I'm sorry to say that you cannot recover the data that you've lost. But, if you have a phone backup of your older phone, you can restore the contacts and messages to your new phone.
