thank you for this important information. and i ordered a " invisible shield for Nokia N96" a few minutes ago. what do you think about this shield? i ordered it from online but from U.S.  i' m in Turkey, so i must wait for a week to purchase that shield !

i forgot to ask. when i use my N96 in " GSM mode", do i connect to web from my operator network easily? because i have a "web package" for months. or do you advice that i choose "Dual Mode" when i wanna connect to web?

I have used the invisible shield in the past. It is very good. Only problem is the installation. They don't tell you this but you have to wet the plastic before you fit it. It is very difficult to keep the phone dry at the same time.

You can still connect to the internet when connected GSM only but the speed could be slower than 3g. Setting the phone to dual mode will only be quicker if you have 3g coverage in the area.

Recently i had formated my phone thru ovi suite, i tried to connect thru WLAN connectivitty it identifies the connection but when i connect its asking for alternate access point, rather i had checked all the connection settings everything is normal.. i had repeated software installation twice after formatting but eventhen i could'nt connect..pls reply
