Hi,

I purchased a White Steel Nokia E71 just this evening and ever since then I've been trying to figure out how to get the WiFi going. I am using a Linksys WRT150N router set to PSK2-Personal.

Everything seems to go smoothly, since directions are clear, but they only get me to "Invalid pre-shared key," (something along those lines). I don't understand. I have a 64-character pre-shared key and the phone only lets me input 63 characters.


1. Do I have to install the PC Suite to get the WiFi going?
2. Will updating my router firmware solve the problem?
3. So far I've only tried this at home. Would it work if I go somewhere else, like my favorite coffee shop, to access the WiFi?
4. What settings, really, are best so I can connect to the net, for the phone and the router both?
5. If all else fails... what in the world am I supposed to do? I went for this phone despite the steep price because I wanted to have one I can use to access WiFi. I don't want my phone to go to waste, as it's quite lovely.

If I look at your Linksys WRT150N manual, you can set a Pre-Shared-Key from 8-63 char. Use a smaller key
