Hi,

I am using a 6210 navigator on pay as you go orange and when ever I try to access the internet it comes up with "packet data not available". It wont allow me to see the maps or anything to do with the internet. How can I sort this out so I can access the internet?

You don't say whether this is a new connection as usually GPRS connection has to be activated by provider, so may be worth checking with Orange here.

I also am having problems with internet connection and keep getting 'packet data connection not available'. I have checked with my operator (Tesco mobile) and have been assured that the SIM is enabled for GPRS. Any suggestions on how to check my phone set-up?

Have you verified that the access point and other settings are correct? Contact your network provider and get the settings sent to your mobile, if you don't have the settings installed properly. You will receive it as an sms, that needs to be saved. Once that's done, restart your phone and see if you can access the GPRS
