Nokia 5800 Destinations show "system error"

Hi all, I need your help to fix my phone, Nokia 5800 XM.

When I go to Setting --> Connectivity --> Destinations, it showed "system error", and won't allow me to do anything to fix it.

After this message showed up, I updated my phone software after and tried to see if the error will disappear, but it didn't. Does anybody know how to fix this error?

Looks like some kind of corruption in your phone's system variables, which it should be possible to remedy with some form of reset.

Note that all but the first operation will wipe your phone's internal memory so do a backup before proceeding.

First option: revert to factory default settings. Dial *#7780#.

Second option: soft reset. Dial *#7370#.

Third option: hard reset. Switch the phone off and do the following.

1) Press and hold the green "call", red "break" and "camera" buttons.
2) With those buttons pressed down, switch the phone on.
3) Keep pressing those 3 buttons and only release them once the phone shows signs of life such as the Nokia "hands" logo or the language selection screen.

If you're prompted for a security code, the default on all Nokia phones is 12345 (unless you changed it, in which case you should know what it is).
