I have a 1 month old nokia n81 phone. at first, i could plug the phone in, and it wpuld all work fine, and the computer and pc suite would recognise the phone. in the last week, the computer has been recognising the phone, but pc suite hasnt been!! can someone please help me!!?!?!
Could you both expain in clear detail what you mean by "not recognising" i.e. actual error message and all the system info that is needed when answering PC Suite questions (read the sticky in PC Suite side)
there is no error message occuring, but the computer recognises the phone, but pc suite says that it isnt plugged in and this message appears: (onlt when i click on connect): PC Suite: Connectivity API initilization Failed. Possible reason: configuration server files missing
That's weird! Run the PCSuites cleaner after uninstalling so remnant of it in the registry will removed, not taken out during uninstall then re-install PCSuites.
Good Luck!
Note: disable first any anti-virus, firewall if any during installation & don't connect cable until told to do so during installation.
Knowledge not shared is knowledge wasted!
If you find it helpfull, it's not hard to click the STAR..
