I cant get my N97 to switch back to Wap HELP!

  The other day I used a friends wirelass broadband connection to acess my emails on my phone.  I've done this before but now everytime I unlock the touch screen to make a call or type a text the phone beeps every 30 second momenteraly disabling the screen to tell me its unable to connect to WLANG server.

 

  This is exreamly annoying!! in the past the phone has just reverted back to the contract wap service I have with vodaphone and I've looked at the connectivity settings and the phone is set to contract wap automatically.  But when I go back to my home screen the phone tries to connect my facebook app via the WLANG conecction even though I have the scanning option for this turned off.

 

  How do get the phone to return to my contract wap??
