Does anyone know where I can get a win 98 driver for the DKU-2 cable that came with my 6630?

I don't think there are any (and the cable drivers alone are not useful, anyway, because you also need PC Suite, and the PC Suite version that works with the 6630 only supports Windows 2000 or Windows XP).

I dont need PC suite to transfer images to my PC I just need a compatible driver for my phone/cable. The nokia website offers the cable driver for download but its not compatible with win98.

Jimmy, regardless of whether you want to use PC Suite or not - the 6630 just isnt compatible with Windows 98SE or Windows ME.

Well thats just not true. The 6630 is compatible with Win98 using a MA-8630E cable and software from mobileaction.com. It just doesnt appear to be compatible with win98 using the DKU-2 cable.

I dont care if the software is produced by nokia or someone else I just wanted to know where I could find it.

i looked at the mobileaction website and did see the advert for win 98 se drivers and software for this phone.

however the manual did not really give any information on what can be done with the software, plus with that software not everything seems to be available for the 6630.

you mention that you have win 98, not win 98 se. is this the case? the mobileaction stuff does not seem to support win 98 either.
