Connection failed Connection unavailable while connecting through Ovi

My N8 was working through ovi fine till I came to OZ..now it is not able to connect to the network. Had given in my phone to nokia care to fix the problem. Was told that it was fixed!! But still have the same problem.....conn.failed conn. Unavailable !! . Pls help
