Hi Everyone,

 I need to know what is going on with my phone.

Everytime i try to get on the internet or try to send a multimedia message on my phone it comes up with Connection Failed, Connection Unavailable. Could anyone enlighten me to what needs to happen to make it work

Have you set the Access Points ? First, you need to get the Data plan activated thru' your operator. Next, request them to send the settings, which are normally sent thru' an SMS. When you receive..just open and select SAVE..

In future, always provide your Device details to get better responce...

Hello. I am having the same issue with my Nokia C7. I have been using this phone for over a month now and all of the sudden it gives me the message Connection failed, connection unavailable. Nothing has been changed on my phone nor have any updates been completed in the last month and it just started with this. I am not able to connect to the internet or send or receive MMS messages. PLEASE help! Thank you.
