ok so i have paired my 5230 to my computer and to my wifes samsung. But my issue is that i can not "view"  any files on either the PC or Wifes samsung from my phone.

when my wife "pairs" with my 5230 she can from her phone "see" all files/data on my phone both on the phone memory and micro sd card and transfer data from my phone to hers using her phone only. My PC can do this as well.

I cannot find how to view data on either her phone or the PC via my 5230 the manual is next to pointless and i cant find any other help.my wife just has to select my phone in her bluetooth opions to see the data where as if i do that on the 5230 i get next to no opions.

can anyone help please.

I can only assume that your wife's 5230 has an application such as that produced by Medieval Software installed to enable these Bluetooth functions.

she has a smasung g600 and not a nokia i have the 5230

My apologies but the answer remains the same that you can add such functionality to your 5230 with aforementioned software application installed.

ok cool i will look into that... seems a bit odd to me to not include such a function as standard since this function would seem to be a main reason for bluetooth as well as handsfree car sets.  cheers for your help
