After capturing a pic or anything my Bluetooth pops and asks if I want it to be on or off what should I do

Hi,

 

Can you tell your phone model?

 

Also, do you get this pop up only when the bluetooth is already on?

I have a similar problem. Whenever i open maps "switch  on bluetooth?" message keeps flashing. Can somebody help?
