Looks to me you have all the drivers. Did you set both devices to visible? Rightclick systray Bluetooth icon and check these settings.

Not many options left, are there? Did you reset the phone? Dial *#7370# reformat, you'll lose all data. Make a backup first and restore without the settings, use USB.

have you tried this:
1. uninstall Nokia Suite
2. remove your device in the BT display
3. configure anti-virus, if any, to allow BT connection
4. download and install fresh Nokia Sute
5. add and pair your device using Nokia Suite (not using the BT software)

Finally I just sale out my Nokia C7 due to this connectivity problem....get rid of this issue now...
