3110c is not recognized by PC with USB

from this week i see that PC is not recognize my 3110c, which is with firmware ver. 6.02. PC says malfunctioned device, replace it. but the phone is OK all the way. today i update the dke2 cable driver, but result is same. my PC suit is 7.1.18.0

can anybody help me to connecting PC with USB again?
