Nokia CK-7w Through Car Speakers

hi,

i have a nokia ck-7w which i would like to play sound through my car speakers when i recieve a call. my current radio/cd player is a blaupunkt vancouver cd35. it does have a mute connection but i do not know what the tel+ and tel - connections are on it. please view the picture and let me know. thanks
