i have a nokia ck-7w hands free kit installed in my car when i had a nokia phone it worked fine. i have recently got a samsung F480 and when i'm on a call the person i'm speaking to can hear them selves. can anybody help me with this?

I am sorry to say there is nothing you can do other than change your phone to Nokia or upgrade your car kit. The problem is that the Nokia software in the CK-7W is not widely compatable expecially with non Nokia phones.

the people that installed the car kit said that there might be some software that i may be able t download to eliminate the problem, is this true or are they just flogging me off?

youcould try updating the software in your phone to see if that makes any difference but you can not update the ck-7w.
