How to stop Motorola Bluetooth headsets from disconnecting from a Nokia 5310 cell phone

I just got this Nokia 5310 Cell Phone and my bluetooth headsets wont stay connected. I will be in the middle of a call and the headset disconnects from the phone. I then have to turn the phone off then on again for it to reconnect until a little while later when it disconnects again. I usually use Samsung phones and have never had this problem with them. Is there a way to correct this problem or am I going to hae to go back to Samsung. I drive a Taxi and cant afford these disconnections when in the middle of taking an order for a Taxi.

This sounds like a Bluetooth Stack error, try upgrading the handset firmware.

How do I do that? This only happens with the Motorola H350 and H500. A Jabra bluetooth I have works fine but does not have a long talk time on it Which is why I use the motorola
