Defective BL-6F batteries

I ordered a spare battery for my N-95 from EMTC. The battery was defective and would fail after about 6 hours with phone in standby. When I reported the problem, EMTC quickly sent a replacement. Unfortunately, this battery was bad also.

Both of these batteries were manufactured in Hungary, whereas my good battery is made in Japan.

EMTC will refund my money, but it appears these Hungarian batteries are a bad lot.
